THE BALL – Jorge Jesus is already breaking records (Fenerbahçe)

Jorge Jesus, who will receive a renewal proposal from Fenerbahçe next January until the summer of 2026, continues to make history at the Istanbul club.

After winning 3-0 at Ankaragucu (17th) last Monday, in addition to climbing to second place (one game less) with a point lead over leader Adama Demirspor, he reached 28 goals in the first nine rounds, a record for Fenerbahçe who, for example, had scored less than half the goals (13) in the same number of games last season.

And at the level of the Turkish championship, only Kocaelispor succeeded better, during the 1992/1993 season, by scoring 29 goals.
