THE BALL – The British government will not act against Mo Farah (Athletics)

The British government reacted on Tuesday to the revelation of Olympic athlete Mo Farah, in an interview with BBCthat he entered the United Kingdom at the age of nine (read related news) under a false name, despite having entered the country illegally.

“No lawsuit will be brought against Sir Mo Farah,” said a spokesman for the British Home Office, quoted by the AFP news agency.

Farah could lose her English nationality, but Sky Sports add that no action will be taken as she was only 9 years old.
