The health department of Lucas do Rio Verde organized, last Saturday (07), the D-day of vaccination against influenza and measles. The doses are for the groups indicated by the Ministry of Health in the national campaigns.
A total of 1,435 doses were administered throughout the day in FSPs, 784 against influenza, 451 against MMR (measles, mumps and rubella), in addition to 200 doses of other routine vaccines.
According to the Secretariat, since the start of the campaigns on April 11, 4,575 doses have been applied.
Influenza:
Seniors: target 3,343 / achieved 46.24%
Health workers: target 1,205 / achieved 47.71%
Children 6 months to 4 years old: target 5,640 / achieved 14.7%
Measles:
Children 6 months to 4 years old: target 5,640 / achieved 14.7%
If you are part of the priority groups and were unable to show up on the D-day of the vaccination, look for the nearest PSF to you to be vaccinated. It is necessary to present an official document with photo and vaccination record. For workers, it is also necessary to present proof of work.
The doses will be available until 06/03 or while supplies last.
Priority groups:
Vaccination against Measles it is available for children aged six months to four years (under five) and vaccination updates for health workers.
Against the Influenza can be vaccinated:
• People aged over 60
• Health care workers
• Children from 6 months to less than 5 years old
• Pregnant and postpartum women
• Education workers
• Persons with a permanent disability
• Truckers
• Public transport workers
• Security and rescue forces
• Employees of the custodial system
