Sitel Group, a leading American multinational in Customer Experience Management (CX), recruited 530 new employees during the month of May, working from home. The company allows employees to work from home, anywhere in the country.

In a press release sent to O MINHO, Sitel Group explains that it is looking for candidates whose mother tongue is Portuguese, Spanish, English, French, Italian, German, Danish, Finnish and Norwegian.
The application will consist of performing functions at the level of Customer service, help desk and social media in the tourism, banking, automotive, aviation, logistics and e-commerce sectors.
