Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn, When Gods and Weapons Collide

New Zealand development team A44 Games and publisher Kepler Interactive recently announced their next game, Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn.

An action RPG in development by the team behind Ashen.

In development by New Zealand studios A44 Games (ashen), Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn is an action RPG set in a dark fantasy universe where humans find themselves under the yoke of the Gods and their armies of the Living Dead .

In this way, the game invites all players to embark on an epic adventure for the salvation of humanity and in which the main ingredients are Vengeance, Magic and Gunpowder.

Flintlock's story begins with the reference that the gate to the world of the dead has been opened, allowing a powerful army of undead (undead) to escape and invade our reality. The life of everything and everyone is in danger of extinction.

But all is not lost and an alliance has been forged to combat the threat. The player will be able to control Nor Vanek, a member of the Alliance army who, together with his companion Enki, a strange creature with magical powers, will have to face the wrath of the Gods and their Army of the Living Dead.

Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn is set in a fantasy world where gunpowder has just been invented and with it firearms. In a world of gods and dark magic, can this invention turn the tide and save humanity from the imprisonment of the gods and their undead armies?

When the game was announced, we still suspected Nor Vanek of having a very personal revenge on the Gods he now fights.

Set in a world open to exploration, the player will engage in epic battles whether in arid deserts, dark caves, or cities shattered by destruction.

It's Humanity's last effort and every attack must count, whether it's through firearms, magic or even the use of the old hatchet, unleashing powerful combos against some of the toughest bosses. that we will find in the game: the gods.

Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn will be released later this year on Xbox Series X, Playstation 5, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC (via STEAM and Epic Games Store).
