ACCS, the French club where former Portuguese international Ricardinho plays, will replace Tyumen, of Russia, in the last four of the Futsal Champions League, which will take place from April 29 to May 1, in Riga, Latvia.
This decision by UEFA follows the exclusion of Russian and Belarusian teams from all competitions, the Parisian club taking the place of Tyumen for being second in group A of the Elite Tour, won by the Russian team.
Thus, ACCS Paris will join Benfica, Sporting and Barcelona in the final square. The draw for the semi-finals is scheduled for April 7 (11:30 a.m.).
At the end of last season, the ACCS were relegated to the French second division in the secretariat, due to financial irregularities, but in the meantime, they have already been crowned champions and marked their return to the highest level.
