THE BALL – Dortmund tired of Haaland speculation: “This stupid game…” (Germany)

Dortmund CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke is fed up with speculation over Erling Haaland’s future and has no doubts that if the Norwegian leaves at the end of the season, he will find another talented youngster to take his place.

“The future of Haaland? I don’t know, you have to ask him, not me. The only thing that bothers me is the media speculation, but neither Haaland nor I can do anything about it. That’s how we play this stupid game [referindo-se às notícias e especulação de mercado]… When Haaland leaves, we will find another new talent and he will become a superstar. Now I will not comment on transfer rumours,” the Dortmund manager said, speaking to Picture.

Erling Haaland will have a clause allowing him to exit the summer market for 75 million euros. The player is coveted by several clubs and has not yet opened the game on what he intends to do.
