Ekambi put Cameroon in the World Cup in the last breath and eliminated Algeria in added time, with a goal at 120’+4 minutes. After Algeria’s 1-0 victory in the first half, Cameroon “returned” the result to Blida after 90 minutes. Choupo-Moting scored the opening goal in a match that featured the sporty Slimani in the starting lineup and played for 120 minutes of the game.

In injury time, Touba (118′) made it 1-1 for the Algerians and everything seemed to point to the qualification of the local team, but the football… it happened with a goal in the last moment of the match .
Cameroon, which got rid of António Conceição after the African Cup of Nations, will participate in the eighth World Cup in its history, in Qatar.
