The match between São Lourenço do Douro and São Pedro da Cova 1937, counting for the AF Porto Cup, was interrupted around 60 minutes because the referee of the match did not feel safe. As he returned to the locker room, the judge was assaulted.

It all started when Marco de Canaveses’ team scored the first goal – which was the only one due to the interruption of the match -, in the 60th minute, which caused the discontent of the Gondomarense team. The president of S. Pedro da Cova 1937, Vítor Catão, harshly criticized Ricardo Carriço’s refereeing, which led to the referee showing the red card to the manager.
