A BOLA – Ajax goalkeeper in an ostentatious car accident (Cameroon)

André Onana, Ajax goalkeeper, of good memory for Benfica, after all, it was after a hasty exit from the goal that Darwin scored, with a header, the goal that allowed Benfica to progress to the quarter-finals of the Champions League, was involved, in the early morning of this Tuesday, in an ostentatious car accident, in Cameroon.

According to the CamFoot portal, the 25-year-old goalkeeper, who has already signed with Italian champions Inter for next season – rejected the Amsterdam club’s renewal proposal – was moving from the capital Yaoundé to Douala , the town where the Indomitable Lions they are training, when the car they were driving was hit by another traveling in the opposite direction.

The same publication points out, however, that despite the ostentatious car accident, the Cameroonian international “is fine” and managed to get himself driven to Douala, only one of his friends who was in the same vehicle being slightly injured.

Cameroon, it is recalled, has a double confrontation with Algeria on its agenda, counting for the play-offs of the qualifying phase of the African qualifying zone for the World Championship, on March 25 and 29.
