Google Maps seems to have some issues
Apparently there are problems with the services of the google, or at least with some of them. For example, currently, for millions of users, it is not possible to search in Google Maps.
The app opens, but when a search is performed, it shows no results. One jump on the Downdetector platform, and we have thousands of users with complaints, all over the world.
The same seems to happen with searches on the Google search engine. However, the problem in the search engine and in Google Maps does not seem to occur for all users, and there are places with more incidence than others.
At the moment Google has not commented on this situation, but something very similar happened yesterday, but with other services, and on this occasion it was with Gmail and Google Drive.
